Who we are
Valora tu Hogar is a technology platform founded to democratise access to information about the real value of the property market in Spain. We connect private owners with professional real estate agencies in their area efficiently, transparently and with no commitment.
We are not a real estate agency, and we do not act directly as intermediaries in the purchase or sale of properties. Our role is that of a platform for putting people in touch and managing valuation requests: the contract, the business relationship and any agreement between the owner and the real estate agency are made directly between the parties.
We operate exclusively as a technology intermediation platform (marketplace), so we are neither a party to nor responsible for any negotiations, agreements, fees or results that may arise from dealings between users and real estate agencies.

Our mission is to help owners make informed decisions about their property assets by putting them in touch with industry professionals who can offer them a rigorous, personalised valuation.
For real estate agencies, Valora tu Hogar is an efficient channel for attracting qualified leads: owners who have already shown a genuine interest in finding out the value of their home and who are open to receiving information from professionals.
How it works
The process is simple and designed so that the owner stays in control at all times:
- The owner requests a valuation — They enter the details of their home (cadastral reference, a property portal link or the details by hand) and their contact details. When signing up, they expressly agree that their information will be shared with the real estate agencies they choose to send their request to.
- They select real estate agencies — They can browse the directory of registered real estate agencies and send their request to the ones they trust, with complete information about each agency.
- The agency contacts the owner — Once it has received the request, the real estate agency reviews the information provided and gets in touch to carry out the valuation.
- Real-time tracking — The owner can check the status of each request from their private dashboard.

Data transparency
We want you to understand exactly what happens to your information when you use Valora tu Hogar. When an owner requests a valuation and sends it to a real estate agency, their personal data and the details of their home are disclosed to that agency for the sole purpose of carrying out the requested valuation.
Valora tu Hogar acts as a data processor on behalf of the owner, technically facilitating the transfer of data. The receiving real estate agency becomes the data controller for that data for the agreed purposes. You will find more details in our privacy policy (in Spanish).
